A person can get their invitation in one of these ways:
- During the joining process, the person creating the group can decide to send invitations to the people they have just set up
- You can send invitations to any members recently added, via the member page "Messages - Publish" page, using the "Manual Communications" section
- Invitations can be sent automatically to new people as they are added. This feature is turned on via the member page "Messages - Publish", using the "Automated Communications" section
Invitations can only be sent to people who have an email address specified in their profile.

teamyell is an online service
that helps with group organisation. We hope to make your life easier.
The teamyell service:
- Lists your upcoming events - when and where they are (including maps!)
- Keeps a list of people's contact details
- Keeps rosters - which people are needed at which events
- Will send you notifications of which events you are needed at in the future,
and you can say whether you can make it to each event or not
- Can send you reminders just before each event (by email &/or text message)
Naomi Jones has entered some contact details about you:
- teamyell will not mis-use any of the
contact details you provided. Our Privacy Policy is very strict
- Your details are password protected. You can log in here
using your email address 'psmith123@gmail.com' and the password 'phil123smith'
- Once logged in, you can review, change or delete your details
- You can see which events you are needed at and say whether you can make it to the events on the "my roster" page
