 Help on access levels   Organising people & events 
 
In teamyell each person is assigned one of these "Access levels":
  • Member: The lowest level of access
  • Manager: A medium level of access. Can do everything a Member can do and more
  • Administrator: The highest level of access. Can do everything a Manager can do and more
When a new group is created the founder of the group is automatically an Administrator and everyone else is a Member.
The access levels can be summarised as:
  • Member: Can edit their own details & confirm their roster. They can view events & rosters but can't change them.
  • Manager: Can add, edit & delete people & events. Can update rosters. Can send messages
  • Administrator: Administrators change people's Access Level (including making other people Administrators).
    Administrators can configure various teamyell features.
There is one more setting effecting what Members can access:
  • Administrators can choose whether Members are allowed to see other people's contact details or not.
